Do I have to register for the CONTACT?
No registration is required to visit the job fair. However, we do offer some additional services for which you must register. These services include job fair preparation courses, CV checks, workshops and taking application photos by a photographer.

Do I have to pay a fee to attend?
No, admission to the CONTACT is free of charge.
How can I find companies that offer suitable jobs for me?
Please take a look at the company pages in the job fair catalogue or on our homepage.
How do I get to the CONTACT by public transport?
Travelling by public transport is possible with the RNV buses and trams. From Heidelberg main station, take tram line 24 to the "Jahnstraße" stop; from there you can easily reach the DKFZ on foot in about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can take bus lines 20 or 32 to the "Kirschnerstraße" stop, which is just a few metres from the DKFZ main building.
Are parking places available?
Paid parking spaces are available on the Im Neuenheimer Feld campus. However, due to limited parking spaces, we recommend using public transport. Free car parking is generally not available on campus.
Will there be a cloakroom at the CONTACT?
As we have limited space, we cannot offer a cloakroom. Please note that BioContact e.V. is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.
How many companies will be represented at the CONTACT2024?
This year we were able to attract 28 well-known companies and four start-ups from various areas of the life sciences to our CONTACT2024.
Where can I get information on-site?
If you have any questions, you can contact us at the information stand at any time. This is easy to find at the job fair thanks to our BioContact logo. We will also be handing out the job fair catalogue at the entrance to the fair.
Where does my workshop take place?
If you have registered for a workshop, please report to our "Workshop Registration" desk, which is located directly at the main entrance, no later than the specified time. From there we will accompany all participants to their workshop.
